Terms and Conditions
VOMI agreement for VOM and VOR Programs
Current as of June 1, 2012
The following terms apply to your enrollment in any master designation, designation, and certificate program ("Program") offered by Virtual Organization Management Institute ("VOMI") to you (the "Student"). These terms, along with any applicable intellectual property and confidentiality agreement, are the complete agreement between us regarding such programs and replace any prior oral or written communications between us. Filling out our online application form and/or your online attendance on the first scheduled day of virtual organization training or your use of any login information to access any virtual organization platform made available and accessible to you by VOMI constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions. On occasions, we may come up with additional or different terms and conditions. If so, we will outline them to you as well. For example, we may introduce new corporate policies and procedures during any part of your training which is experiential in nature.

Certification programs offered

We offer various VOM (Virtual Organization Management) and VOR (Virtual Organization Recruitment) certification programs. Each link embedded in this paragraph gives you access to an overview of each major program and provides more detailed information about each specific master designation program, designation program, and certificate program; and collectively are hereby effectively incorporated herein by reference.

We will establish, in consultation with you and based on your background and experience and type of certification sought, a set of Minimum Performance Standards encompassing key performance indicators, and timelines and deliverables, in order for you to receive the formal certification of successful program completion.

100% Experiential projects, tasks, and assignments

You will be assigned an instructor to work with and directly report to, and will function as a pro tem member of VOMI, operating within a 100% virtual organization environment. You will be assigned regular VOMI corporate projects, tasks, and assignments within one or more units or departments of VOMI by your instructor based on your overall background and experience, the type of certification sought, and in accordance with established Minimum Performance Standards.

VOMI is a non-accredited educational institution and courses and credit units are non-transferable

Being that VOMI is a pioneer of the modern virtual organization management discipline and due to the fact that our training is strictly focused on the foregoing discipline, we are not an accredited educational institution since there is no existing accreditation body that is qualified and competent to assess our curriculum and practices; nor will we seek such accreditation either now or in the future. Therefore, none of the courses and credit units you are taking are transferable to any other institution or recognized by any governmental body or known employer other than VOMI. Your online application and enrollment at VOMI constitutes your understanding and agreement that you are enrolling in our program(s) strictly for the purpose of acquiring the unique knowledge and experience you stand to personally benefit from and for no other purposes.
