Course Description

What is the difference between virtualization and virtualization of the workspace? What do you mean by "workspace?" I am not sure, however, I believe that our workspace may already be virtualized! Why should I even care? Who should be the primary architect of a Workspace Virtualization Initiative throughout our organization? Should that be an enterprise-wide effort and, if so, who should be the primary stakeholders? Is it Information Technology (IT), Human Resources (HR), Organization Development (OD), or each individual business leader or department manager's responsibility? How does that affect the key levers of performance in my department or organization? This course is a must if any of these questions or comments apply to you and you need answers. These answers will completely transform your outlook on workspace virtualization and how and why it matters both to your individual and organization's performance.
