Experiential Project: There is no substitute for doing. 3-week project working as virtual organization internship recruiters; reviewing internship candidate resumes, briefing and testing candidates, identifying candidate profiles who are best able to adapt and thrive in a virtual environment, and managing and evaluating intern peformance.
