Course Description

Training the Virtual Organization Management Trainer. The most important component of the virtual organization management and recruitment initiative is the training function. The VOM Trainer plays such a pivotal role in the new virtual organization that when s/he sneezes everyone should have cause for concern. In other words, the health and long-term prospects of your organization depends on the health of your VOM Trainer.
